Once order has been placed with Easy Click Solutions, FOR any cancellation, please refer below:

  1. For cancellation BEFORE the “order by date” (you will receive notification from us), we will process with FULL refund minus 5% transaction fee.
  2. For cancellation AFTER the “order by date” (you will receive notification from us), it will not be accepted or refunded.
  3. For cancellation AFTER the order to the publisher has been sent out, it will not be accepted or refunded.

For issues of damaged or incorrect books, please refer below:

  1. Please inspect the books carefully BEFORE leaving with it from the delivery location.
  2. For books that are incorrect or damaged, inform the Easy Click Solutions representative immediately of the issue. Easy Click Solutions will examine the books and determine the course of action on a per issue basis. The course of action may include but not be limited to:
  3. a) Full refund
  4. b) Partial refund
  5. c) Re-order
